Ms. Concepcion specializes in working with health care organizations to implement CIA requirements, including development of the CIA implementation report, general and specific compliance training, policies and procedures and sanction screening process.

She has over 11 years of experience in the health care compliance industry and performs regulatory risk assessment and management services for clients, both general in scope, as well as more tailored towards specific risk areas.

Jennifer Kirchner is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Wisconsin. Ms. Kirchner has expertise in assessing provider compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, the False Claims Act, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and clinical research laws and regulations.

Ms. Shuman assists health care organizations to develop, implement and evaluate their compliance programs and HIPAA privacy programs. Ms. Shuman specializes in our firm’s HIPAA Privacy services, including leading privacy investigations, breach risk assessments, breach notification letters, breach reporting to the Office for Civil Rights and corrective actions plans. She specializes in serving as Interim Privacy Officer for large health care systems, managed care organizations, comprehensive cancer center and health care business associate.

Rita Isnar joined Strategic Management in 2003 and is responsible for client fulfillment activities. Her in-depth knowledge and compliance experience includes managed care, Medicare Parts C & D compliance program development and implementation, government enforcement initiatives, quality of care issues and regulatory compliance.
