17th Annual Compliance Benchmark Survey Report
Strategic Management is pleased to announce the release of the 17th Annual Compliance Benchmark Survey Report. This Report provides a summary of the results from the Annual Compliance Benchmark Survey, conducted by Strategic Management and SAI360. An analysis of the survey results was completed by Richard P. Kusserow, CEO and former HHS Inspector General. This survey was designed to gather perspectives from compliance professionals on the structure, current state, and evolution of healthcare compliance programs today. The Survey included questions related to the current state of compliance, including demographic data, resource levels, reporting relationships, program operations, challenges, and priorities for 2026.
